random little boy who 'flirted' with me in the starhub shop! i was working at marina square last weekend.luckily there was jeff who ate with me 3 out of my 4 meal breaks. or else i'd have to eat aloneeeee. but his lunch breaks were STRICTLY half an hour so i kept mine to half an hour too. although mine can be extended at whim (:

xinying's birthday! haha. oh well. the sony ericsson 5 megapix cam isnt that fantastic afterall. cuz it's damn hard to auto-focus and eventually press the button (damn hard to press!)

we waited in the TV lounge for her until the candles eventually burnt right down to the plastic holder part and we could smell the burnt chocolate on the cake! HAHA. that's really the first time a surprise bday cake was SO chui. oh well, it was a fun experience camping in the TV lounge though!

ive recently taken an interest to throwing darts! HAHA. this is the best result ive achieved so far in 3 throws. and the next pic is a pic of the evening sky in NTU! lovely piece of pink cloud. HA. suhui and i were walking back frm north spine and we saw the beautiful sky! so we were inspired to take photos of it. hmm, maybe i do have a thing for photography!

ok the next pictures are gonna be of our hall! not so much of the lovely exterior, just the interior.

as you can see, our room is rather spacious as we have arranged our beds in an "L" shaped manner.the bed with the blue bedsheet is kimmin's. ok and the next pic is the view we have frm the window (through the wire mesh).

the left side is kimmin's side of the room, while the right is mine! as you can see mine is more messy (as expected) while hers is rather empty.

PS: we dont really put stuff at the top shelves cuz we cant reach them! ):

ok these are our snack corners respectively!!! HAHA. i actually have more coffee and what-not in a senior's fridge! (that's my tub of freshly-baked famous amos COOOOKIES!!! cost me a bomb.)
we are currently revamping our corkboards so yeah, till next time!
i'll post pics of the communal hall, the exterior of the hall and the pictures of some very nice rooms of seniors! (:

sometimes there are beautiful things and people in our lives that we overlook.
we crane our necks to search for greener pastures and better things, not knowing that they have been with us all along.
so take some time to give people a chance, give more appreciation to things, and look at what's beyond the surface.

one of those days.

it's one of those days you feel that the whole world is against you..
and you're feeling low because of a combination of reasons.. reasons which have no reason.

it's like one minute you're so caught up with everything.. all the action..
and another minute you just want out.

you just want to hide in a little corner where nobody can see you.

because sometimes you cant even bear to see yourself.
