watched the grudge 2 today. oh puhlease.
if it wasn't for edison i wouldn't have watched it.
luckily edison didn't die too early (:

hahha. okay. the movie has COMPLETELY no plot.
but before i talk more about the movie,
i shall tell you about the bunch of people who were sitting in front and behind us.
one word: HORRIBLE.

the bunch of girls kept putting their feet against the back of our seats.. nudging and pushing! what's their problem. and one even put her feet next to my face =/ wtf.
i was freakin pissed off. the nudging and pushing was already damn irritating. moreover, they were making all kinds of stupid noises, talking like they owned the cinema, and squealing like it was nobody's business.

when the movie started, whenever there was a scary part, they would SCREEEEAM their lungs out as if they were on a rollercoaster going downhill. =/
their deafening screams made the movie less scary for me. which is bad. i paid money for a scare.
eeloong got scared by their screams though.useless gaowei. lol.
okay. then even when the scene isn't scary, they have to scream too. i am 90% sure they were just screaming for the sake of screaming.
freakin noisy.
we kept asking them to diam. some ah bengs at the back even scolded them idiot. zz

well the people in front of me were damn entertaining. one boy turned over to his brother, screaming "rahhhhhh", hoping to scare his brother. it was damn funny. everyone around us laughed. and he kept making stupid comments or the scary choking sound that ju-on's mom makes.

yushan kept squeezing my hand throughout the whole show. and guess what, we both have sweaty palms :P eeek! hahaha.
whee shan survived her first horror movie in a long time.

ok the movie is CRAPPY.
i'd give it half a star. just because of edison.
(don't label me as a boy-crazy freak yet, the movie just doesn't have anything else to offer.)

however (this is where you get ur evaluation marks), i watched the japanese versh of ju-on 2 before. so maybe that's why the grudge 2 pales strongly in comparison. the ghosts in grudge aren't scary. seriously. they just have big eyes.
and due to the fact that there was a freakin irritating bunch of girls sitting behind me, the movie experience could have been ruined. ok. it had been ruined. =/

okay. conclusion:
don't watch it.
